R.I.P (Rest in Peace) for two things.......

Hi,

Today was the end of the road of my family doctor, Sheelaunty....How, I still can't understand.... But she was the best doctor I ever had...... Every time I was sick, she was the first person we'd go to...... And poof...one morning, she is gone.... R.I.P Sheelaunty.... Thanks for all that you've done for me........

Oh well..... Shes not the only thing that's gone... My exams are gone tomorrow.....I usually get really happy about this....but this time.... I'm not...... I have absolutely NO idea why...R.I.P 1st Summative ( Term ) Exams.....We had good times......

Navaratri

Ah..... that time of year..... keeping the books for puja, seeing the decorations in houses, etc.

Yup, Your right..... Its Navaratri.....When the Goddess Durga is said to travel al over the world and destroy all evil.......

This year was a bit different..... this year I saw a kolu for the first time in my life....A kolu is the arrangement of dolls and figurines in odd numbered steps ( padis ) during the festival of Navratri in Southern India, it is customary in the states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka, as well as in some Tamil communities in Sri Lanka, to display a Kolu, Golu or Bommai Kolu.

I went with my neighbor's mother ( I call her mami ) to the 19th floor and saw the kolu and the mini kolu which the child had created by herself.... so cute! afterwords,  we came back and I went to study for Arabic

Then the next day, which is today, mami's kolam  got destroyed by a neighbor's children on their bikes... The kolam was so nice.... and got destroyed.....Poor mami, She spent a lot of time on it though she is old and has a bad back........In fact, she had asked me to finish of the rest as her back was paining by the time she was nearly done....... She was the one who taught me how to do the Saraswathi puja......Oh well.... Accidents happen.... Hopefully her next kolam won't be spoilt......

I hate that word,
The very mention of it can get me tensed.......Well.....I think that's how it is for every kid in the world....speaking of which, When we got our timetables for the exams, It LOL'd my day because it comes like Arabic ,M.I, (Friday, Saturday), SST, Leave, Hindi, Leave, Science, (Friday, Saturday), English, Leave, Maths..........
I know, Its hilarious because every exam has a leave or a day at home.....*giggles*......*laughs*....See, I'm laughing because usually it doesn't happen like that, there used to be no leave for science or SST....

Oh, and for you guys chillaxin' back in India, your lucky, you didn't have to touch your books whereas I had to write my Arabic exam.... I am soooooo steamed.....
Oh well.... guess I'm back to my studying and all that....

And the fact I come home really early now-a-days...... because my exam timings are from 8:00 to 11:10 and I have to be in the bus by 11:30......It's all in a.m, not in p.m....Hee Hee... I come back home early.....
